Copperfields

We were recommended to the owners of Copperfields and from the moment we met the clients and looked at their homes we immediately fell in love with this project. The clients were really passionate about their home and the property had enormous potential. 

The final remodel and extension created a beautiful home with a huge master bedroom suite with a private balcony & en-suite, in addition to 3 further double bedrooms, a huge lounge and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and beautiful twin aspect log burners and views over the extensive grounds. 

 Myself and my wife came across Dak draughting through a recommendation for which we will be forever grateful. From the very beginning, the team at Dak draughting was professional, pleasant, capable, knowledgable, caring, and responsive. We met with Craig and immediately felt comfortable and confident in him supplying plans for our new home. Craig made the process efficient and fun. His wealth of knowledge produced innovative insights for the designs. The plans produced were brilliant and it seems no stone was left unturned which in turn delivered a final product that was stunning. Emails, texts, and phone calls were responded to speedily. The level of craftsmanship displayed throughout the project was exquisite. Hidden extractors, floating taps, intelligent heating systems, the list goes on.  

The original entrance lacked light and space and gave no clues to the enormous living space within or its incredible setting. 

Connecting the original part of the house with the later additions was key to transforming the external elevations and bringing this beautiful property to life. A great entrance should entice you in with small details and hints about what's inside. A great entrance builds excitement and adds space and light that reveals the space inside like a veil lifted as you enter.
