feasibility ASSESSMENTS

What factors need to be assessed when considering a new project?

One of the first critical steps in any project is assessing feasibility and understanding the level of risk Vs reward.

There are an endless number of options to consider and hurdles to assess when developing a new project and time spent at this stage could save a significant amount of time and money further down the line.

The critical factors to consider among others will always be:

- What's the likelihood of winning planning approval?

- What ecological restraints or factors need to be considered?

- What environmental factors need to be considered?

- What level of investment will be required?

- How long is it likely to take?

- How committed am I to making this project a reality?

In addition to the above it's really important to be able to articulate your vision and develop a really clear project brief that details what you're looking to achieve, both in terms of the hard and soft measures.
